In an effort to protect our staff, patients and visitors it is a condition of entry into our clinic that all people wear a properly fitted face mask.
Those with lawful exemptions are required to advise reception on arrival so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Remember that social distancing and regular hand washing is essential to help decrease the incidence of infection!
On arrival at the clinic, we ask you to follow all entry signage and directions provided by our staff.
Anyone who has been to a COVID-19 case location, is a close contact of a COVID-19 case, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or have even the slightest symptoms of COVID-19 are asked to please not visit our clinic at this time. If you need to speak with a doctor, we can arrange a telehealth consultation.
You may be asked to wait in your car with a mobile phone before entering the clinic. Please follow the instructions you are given by our receptionists and doctors before entering the clinic.
If booking online, please remember to reschedule or cancel your appointment if your circumstances change.
We require 4 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival otherwise a cancellation fee will apply
