Dr William (Bill ) Miller  MBBS

​Dr. Bill Miller completed his medical training at Melbourne University.

Dr Miller commenced practising at Childs Road Medical Clinic in October 1982. 

Dr Miller's social interests include running, bush walking and travel.

Dr Miller's medical interests include:

General medicine
 

 

 

Dr Sue Bergin graduated in 1983.  She trained at Melbourne University and the Royal Women’s Hospital.  She also completed a diploma of obstetrics and gynaecology and FRACGP.


Dr Bergin is married with two adult children and has practiced a Childs Road Medical Clinic for 25 years. 


Dr Bergin’s social interests include reading, walking and gym.


Dr Bergin enjoys treating a wide range of medical complaints.



Dr Sue Bergin MBBS

​Dr David Festa was born and raised in the northern suburbs.  He completed his degree at Melbourne University in 1990.


Dr Festa worked throughout Melbourne and spent six months working in Warrnambool before settling with Whittlesea and Childs Road Medical Clinics.  Dr Festa is a practice partner.


Dr Festa completed a diploma of Obstetrics through PANCH in 1994.


Dr Festa is multilingual in Italian, Parlo and English.

Dr David Festa MBBS, FRACGP, dip RACOG


Dr Glenn Duns completed his medical degree at McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1994.  Following this, Dr Duns completed a family medical residency and family medical diploma.


Dr Duns moved to Australia in 2001 and obtained Fellowship in the Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003.    He then went on to complete a Masters in public health at the University of Melbourne in 2011.


Dr Duns is bilingual in French and English and has a keen passion for sport.
Dr Duns’ medical interests include:
• General practice
• Emergency Medicine
• Public health


Dr Glenn Duns MDCM


Dr Brian Murphy graduated from University of Melbourne in 1980.  He has been a partner at Childs Road Medical Clinic since 1991 and has worked in the local community for many years.


Dr Murphy was a member of the Board of Management of Plenty Valley Community Health Centre and has been a past Director of Northern Vision of General Practice and coordinated public and men's health.  He has given many public lectures to the Whittlesea community on various medical issues.


Dr Murphy provides all of the medical care for Whittlesea Lodge Nursing Home and Sunlight Aged Care Facility.

• Respiratory medicine
• Geriatrics

Dr Muneer Saka MBChB, AMC, FRACGP

​Dr Muneer Saka completed his medical training in 1991 at the University of Salahaddin/Iraq.

Dr Saka commenced practicing at Childs Road Medical Clinic in February 2010 and has been a practice partner since 2012.


Dr Saka moved to Australia with his wife and two children in 2000.


Dr Saka's medical interests include:

  • Minor procedures

  • Paediatric medicine

Dr Darren Fernandes MBBS

Dr Fernandes works with us Monday to Thursday.

His medical interests include:

Dr Manal Shamaan MBS

Dr Shamaan works with us Monday to Wednesday.

Dr Shamaan is bilingual in English and Arabic

Dr Victoria Power MBBS

​Dr Power graduated from the Doctor of Medicine at University of Melbourne in 2015 and has been working in hospitals in Victoria since.  She has completed rotations in General Medicine, General Surguery, Paediatrics, Geriatrics, Haematology and Palliative care.

She has a special interest in Geriatric medicine and Palliative care.  However she is yet to find an area of medicine she doesn't find fascinating and is committed to working with patients on any, and all of their health issues.

Victoria has lived in Melbourne all her life and still feels it's the best place on earth.  Originally trained as a Dietitian, Vicotira believes that food and good nutrition plays a vital role in health and well-being.  She enjoys learning about food, trying new recipes and nourishing her two young children.  Her other interests include curling up with a good book, nights out at the theatre and spending time with her friends and family.

Mrs. Julie Gorgijevski BBus (ACC&FIN), Dip (BUS), Cert (BA), Cert (ICT), Fdn (HM)

​Julie is an experienced Business Manager with a history of working in hospital and the healthcare industry for the past 15 years.  

Julie’s qualifications and expertise are within Finance & Accounting, Business Management, and Information Technology, with extensive experience in management and administration.

In addition, Julie has a passion for improving quality and safety by focusing on patient and community centred care, to ensure that patients are comfortable, satisfied and well informed while receiving treatment, to achieve value-based healthcare.
