At Childs Road Medical Clinic we have several procedures conducted onsite for your convenience. 

Before booking any procedures, you will need a pre-appointment with the doctor. This allows the doctor is assess you and discuss the procedure.

You will be provided an information brochure and procedure consent form prior to your appointment.

The procedure consent form will be required on the day of your appointment. 

No procedure will be conducted without your singed consent.
