If you are due for a review of a medical condition or procedure, we may send you a notification using the SMS reminder system (recall) to remind you to book an appointment.

Occasionally we will send you healthcare or promotional information. We are committed to preventative care. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know.​ 
 

TEST RESULTS​

The practice uses an automated SMS reminder system (recalls) to communicate with patients regarding non urgent test results.​

In the event of a clinically significant result, you will be contacted as soon as possible to make a follow up appointment to discuss the results with your doctor. ​

We are committed to providing you high-quality care. If you have not received a notification one week after your investigation or tests, we recommend you contact the clinic.

Staff will advise if a follow-up appointment is necessary.
